If you bought or leased a model year 2002 through 2006 Honda or Acura automobile or a model year 2007 Honda Fit, in the United States or its territories, between April 13, 2002 and November 7, 2006, you may be entitled to receive benefits under a class action settlement.
The Honorable T. John Ward, District Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, preliminarily approved the settlement November 7, 2006. The final hearing on the settlement will take place at nine o'clock a.m., May 30, 2007 at the federal courthouse in Marshall, Texas.
Class Counsel for the Plaintiffs have created this website so that class members may access information about the settlement. We have also worked closely with Honda to create and train a staff of customer service representatives to answer your questions about the settlement. If you need to speak to someone on the phone about the settlement, we encourage you to contact the Honda Claims Center at 1-888-888-3082 or visiting www.odosettlementinfo.com.
If you need additional information, you may email Class Counsel by clicking here.
There are deadlines for claims brought under the settlement. Please review these if you intend to file a claim.
I found this on google Hope it helps someone.

Here is an article in my local paper I found this morning.
Big thanks to Mr. Stock for giving permission for this article to be posted.
When did a mile ever seem so short?
Honda settles lawsuit over faulty odometers.
The maker of Acura and Honda will extend warrenties by 5% and pay for some repairs on up to 6 million vehicles to settle allegations that the company rigged its odometers to tick off faster than they should have.
Drivers filed a lawsuit in Texas, alleging American Honda Co. and its parent company, Tokyo-based Honda Motor Co. Ltd, installed faulty mileage guages to that the warranties and leases would expire sooner.
Under a recent court settlement, owners of a Honda or Acura manufactured between 2002 and 2006 will get a 5 % warrenty extension, a 5 % increase on mileage allowed under leases and, in excess mileage charges.
The lawsuit puts a major ding in one of the country's hottest car-makers. Honda made five of the 10 most-sold models in the fourth quarter last year, including the No 1 best seller, the Honda Civic.
American Honda accounte dfor 9 percent of the US auto sales last year, ranking fifth behind General Motors, Ford, Toyota and Diamler Chrysler. according to the Automotive News Data Center.
"By shortening all those waranties and charging all those additional leased-mileage penalties, we're talking about huge amounts of money" said James Holmes, the Texas attorney handling the case.
In recent weeks, Honda owners started getting letters detailing the settlement terms from the federal court. Local Honda dealers will honor the deal, but the parent company will pick up the extra costs on repairs.
Gary Wexler, general manager of Honda Cars of Charleston, said mechanical defects and recalls are not rare in the autmotive industry. He does not think the lawsuit and allleged trickery will hamstring Honda sales.
'People dont mind having a problem. They mind if you dont address it," Wexler said. "Honda is probably the best comapny there is on stepping up to thinkgs like this"
American Honda said its settlement was not an admission of wrong doing. Holmes siad his firm tested a wide cross-section of Acura and Honda cars, trucks and minivans. He said it found scores of odometers that measured miles as 2% to 4% shorter than the actual mile.
His law firm filed a similar class action lawsuit against Nissan Motor Co. Ltd . in the fall for all cars purchased or leased since 2004. His firm is currently testing odometers in a wide range of cars and trucks.
Charleston resident Tucker Ervin is only halfway into the 100,000 mile warrenty he got when he bought his 2004 Honda Accord.. He has not noticed skewed mileage reading, but admitted that he doesnt keep a close track of the distance he drives.
"I have not noticed any big discrepancies," he said. "But if I can get an extra 5,000 mile son it, why not?"
If the Settlement is approved by a federal judge, warrenties will be automatically be extended for all eligible Honda owners
