i kinda like honda horns. they are kinda wimpy sounding, but if you lay on it, you realize how damn loud they are. and anythigns better than a Toyota horn.

 

i'm with you amg, i think the only time i've ever hit my horn is when i accidentally bump it doing u-turns. i kinda cut my wheel "brotha" style very dramatically with my palm, and i almost always manage to toot it as it rotates past my hand. other than that i am at peace with the fact that there are a- holes everywhere and honking at them does no good.

 

If you get one out of a junkyard don't get an old ford truck horn, that sounds wimpier than the civic I ended up taking mine out and installing an oogah horn. I know that sounds goofy, but if you adjust it right, you can get a sort of growl out of the horn. It almst sounds like if somebody turns the key again after the car is alreadyt started[:@]. GMC truck horn sounds good.
I don't think the civic horn is too bad.

 

My horn is so weak. I've been dang near run off the road several times while laying on my horn, and they never heard a peep. You know the soccer mom, on her cell phone, in her Excursion....[:@]

 

I went to get my oil changed the other day, and was filling out the paperwork or whatever. As soon as the dude put his head under my hood, the clipboard slipped and i layed on the horn for a second or two, i thought he was going to **** himself. I felt bad, but laughed anyway

 

Then you can put one of those "Honk if You're Horny" stickers on your car!

 

my g/f's 93 Nissan sentra has the lamest horn on earth! and I can agree with the fact that old ford trucks have gay horns... the ones one my 85 sound pretty wimpy... I was gonna replace em with air horns (the kind u buy at autozone) but never got around to it.

I just bought a replacement electric horn from Fiamm. I know where my horn in (in front of the radiator and behind the grill) but how do i access the horn in order to replace it?

 

i wanna get one for sure.that will be awesome but is it legal for cars
