I'm in Titusville (Brevard county). It snowed here for 5 minutes about 6 years ago.

Yes, but there were reports of flurries in the keys.

I'm just outside of St. Cloud, about a half hour away from Titusville.

Yea, I know where Harmony is. When I was in High School our football team (AHS, not THS) played yours one year and we drove over there.
