engine has alot of work done and is very clean. New hoses, new water pump, new timing belt, new radiator etc

go with what blue book has to offer but also a lot of people are looking to get into civics or anything that saves them money at the punp,

 

yea i went to cars.com and its aid 6,630. stock, just with the 45,000miles on it.
but plus the extra stuff i added to the car..idk

 

mods don't add value. If anything, they scare off mainstream (non-enthusiast) customers.

 

yea your right. but mostly people dat are looking for hondas want to race them or just want them because of fuel economy. the car can still be MODIFIED ALOT MORE! for those racer ppl. im not too much into racing. just want the car for show.

 

yea a lot of mods actually drop the price cuz ppl assume it was beat on or raced. I would say you could probably get around $5,500-6000 for it with that low miles, but it also depends on how in demand civics are in your area. Someone recently asked if they could buy my car cuz i'm going to college, i'm not ready to sell but they offered 5,000 (first offer, probably could have gone up a little if a bargained) for my 2000 DX with a few mods and 120,XXX miles

is the replaced engine still a D16Y8?
