I have a question

How exactly do you get the E-brake handle off to replace it? I have tried turning, tugging, and twisting. and i can not get it off. how does it come off i know it does cause it can be replaced. please lemme in on this one. thanks

i think u have to remove the center console/arm rest and then i think there are screws on the arm of it where the armrest is...
