lol... Anyway I need some computer help. My msn messanger hasn't worked for a few days and I can't figure out why.

All I Know
*Password and E-mail is correct [both set to remember]
*I'm not using wireless so that doesn't matter that I'm not getting that check mark in the troubleshooting.
*When I click repair on the troubleshooter, it will fix the "key ports" problem but it still does not work
*Msn is allowed through my firewall.
*First I tryed using the system restore and set it to a time before I had this problem [last week] and it still didn't fix it

Anybody know wtf is wrong with this thing?

I have WindowsXP and I would trust a few of the members here with letting them do remote assistance if they think they could help me that way.

Yes it'slegitand messanger has been working for me for over a year up until now.

 

Check the internet Explorer settings, sometimes it is that, even if you can connect with IE to the net, it may still need a certain setting for other programs to connect

 

Frequently happens to my MSN...
But something different though...
Probably something wrong with internet connection-or just try installing the MSN again.

 

Ok I just signed in with the web version and it said that if that works then it must be a third party firewall so I just shut them all off and it is allowed to run with my windows firewall so I dono wtf is wrong.
