Blah, I need to gain weight. 5'8 130lbs, taking whey protein and going to start creatine soon on top of that. I'm at the gym about 5-6 days a week haha.

oi man.. im not fat but im starting up boxing so need to be fit.. and like i been going for runs or bike.. n the 1st few times its so dam hard to get out of the house.. but once u start doing it.. its almost fun.. nevva as fun as cruising in tha car though

its better to gain weight than lose it if you're losing fat but building muscle. i'm 5'7' and 185 with not alot of fat on me. although the bad food and constant beer intake of college is starting to give me a little gut haha. btw, you never NEED an excuse to go out and enjoy a drive
