Does anyone here like Initial D. Im a huge fan i have all the books except for volume 11 and i just bought the movie and im not talking about the animated ones but the real thing with real people acting and stuff. the acting was a little crappy but its because it was made in japan but, all in all it was a good flix. It has english sub tittles and it moves kinda fast but all and all i give it a 7 out of 10. It was better than 2 stupid 2 mention and the slow and the curious but, not as good as a option movie or even street fury. just wandering if anyone else say it or even likes the damn show.

 

i saw the movie, but it didnt have subtitles so i had NO idea what was going on, other than what i understood from the show, i have most of season 1 and 4 and some from 2, on my computer, havent read anybooks, didnt know there were books, but yes i agree that Initial D kicks ***, i would love to get my hands on that AE86 *drools*

 

Im a nut for the stuff. i also have the game that my buddy bought from big lots which was pretty odd. its pretty cool but not like the arcade game at the mall. here is a pic of it and one of the books. you can get the books at any book store that sell magna. Borders book store has them too.

hi. i love anything to do with initial d. just watched the movie last week and loved it. i thought they mixed a few things up though, like iggy is the same guy as the leader of the akina speed stars??? but still totally loved the drift action, just disappointed that the famous EG6 wasn't included. hehehe

 

^ yeah what was with that Iggy cant even friggin drive... wtf? there goes the whole him getting an AE86 levin thing out the window, as well as hale the story line

 

I have seen them on at a few friends houses and what I have seen they seem pretty cool.

 

i love it. i have 1 movie that my gf bought me and vol 1-3 of the books. im broke as hell so i can catch up on it for a wile.

 

most of you know I love it. I have a few collectible cars, and all 14 battles that have been released in the US, and one Manga that came with one of them. I even had an avatar with Tak for quite a while, then I made this one. oh, and I have an SR-5 AE86 that needs a lot of work

 

I wish i could afford the anime movies but there $20 each and the books are only $10. so id rather save the extra $10 bucks and just and have something other than modified mag to read while i do my bizz nizz in the bathroom. (to much info.....i think so)

 

i think the best part was when they revealed that natalie(taks girlie) was actually a prostitute. i never figured that out from the animes. the three car race was pretty cool too with the evo3 crashing out pretty majorly. i think that was the only computer generated part of the movie.
