you HAVE NOT had an install from hell...try changine rear shocks on an 92EJ1. When you snap all LCA bolts, THAN you will have an install from hell:-D

2 of the easiest installs were hell for me...

1st: My V2 intake...it was really easy until I had to take off one of my engine brackets and replace it with the one they supplied...I got all of the bolts off except one. The stubburn bolt took me around 2 hours to take off due to major rusting and running around to stores trying to get new equipment...
So something that should have taken me no more than 30 minutes took me 2 1/2 hours to install...

2nd: When I was installing my short shifter, I had the same trouble as the V2...another rusted bolt that would not budge...I got tired of being under the car, so I finally took it to the garage and had them install it...(needs new bushings though...)

hardes phucking part of an intake install is the phucking stock intake. I hated getting that thing out.

98 ej6 drivers side lca bolt that holds the lca to the "rotor bracket thing" yea, you cant cut, drill or punch thoes things out...i had to order new lca's from ebay and had my car in my friends garage on jack stands for about a week and 2 days....his mom took his dads spot in the garage, because i took hers, and he had to park his 96 silvarodo (sp) with 25k outside....for a week.. lol

^^ yea, but sometimes, thats not even good enough, we had about half a can of PB blaster on my lca's and it didnt really help...on my cat back, we didnt have to use anything...we just snaped the 2 bolts that were being stuborn, since we had new ones.
