Internet Addiction
I would say that i am on the internet at least 5hrs a day. it's the only thing that i have to do at work.

I honestly think it's a healthy addiction. At least it doesn't:
A. Cause Cancer
B. Cause one to act violent
C. Cause one to feel depressed
...
and the list goes on.
On the internet you are expanding your knowledge and getting enjoyment out of it at the same time. What's the negative? You can get work done as well because you're ALREADY AT YOUR COMPUTER.
