I just got one for 10 bucks. DONT KN how to tranfer music. I installed itune 7, turn ipod on, usb it. I think the pc does not recognize the ipod. help me guys!

my job is buying back broken ipods. I just got some nanos and shuffle in
I gave the shuffle to my sister. trying to help her..
this shuff plays songs, but i plugged it in my laptop, does not work..i do not know. aim me: polything

I will when i get home, i do'nt have AIM at work and would get in **** if i did this here without the serial number and determining support eligability
