hes getting at russia has no good roads other then in the cities..cause for one the country was communist...and if one person couldnt afford a car none of them could... gasoline cars are worthless in the winter there... again..if someone cant afford gas no one can.. and they are trying to get an suv that could withstand cold ta.. and then also the harsh roads...... i think thats it
