Hearsay is not admissible in court. I wouldn't suggest the "I don't know what you're talking about," its bad for business. Try and make it right, but if someone wants to get ridiculous about anything or try and sue in small claims, you have no evidence tying you to the complaint...of course there is that Oath thing...

 

Damn oath, not going to jail for perjury is also a priority for me.

Thanks for all your help guys. Now i just gotta get my dad to buy me my heater, even though winter is almost over. And i need more tools. Anyone ever notice that you can never have enough tools? I am always finding a tool that i need, but don't have money for.

 

its great. because when you have money there arent any tools that you need that you dont have. but when you dont have any money you n eed a new tool. you blow the money on a mod then you find you need a new tool, but then you dont have money to spend on one. then by the time you get it installed with something else, you have money again. but hell...you dont need that tool anymore. so i'll go buy something else. '**** i need a new tool and i dont have any money'

its a vicious cycle.

 

I spend most of my money on tools. I need a deep throat c-clamp and an impact screwdriver for the brakes this weekend. I think im g onna borrow the c-clamp from my teacher. I also need a torque wrench, but at $65.00 a pop, its gonna be a while before i buy one.
