you can have a body shop paint your car satin black unlike primer this is real paint its just not shiny. and for wheels i found these at motegi racing lc5 teflon black

On another note, I'm doing some research on Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) suites--no stealth machine is complete without one--and some passive stealth measures that can be taken to, say, cut down your laser and radar profile. I think this will lead to a monster post in a week or two, I just have to finish up finals first.
