I like to play a local 2-5 NL game here, but max buy in is a measly 100 bucks. There is another 2-5 with min buy in of 500. I havent stepped up to that yet. Im saving my bankroll up to 1500 for a NL WSOP event in 07 for my honeymoon.

good luck buddy! i'll be doing a $1000 tournament at a local cigar lounge this weekend, so we'll see how each other do. last week i pulled out over $200 from the tables at the casino. oh how i love (and hate) gambling....

 

I pretty much slow played everything. I won 100$ and change, not bad. I was actually up about 200$, but I slowly lost a little. My second hand earned me a 275$ pot. I had K-10 and the flop was K 10 6, Rainbow (All different suits, so no flush). I checked the flop (because i slow play EVERYTHING) and so does the rest of the table. Turn reveals another King, so I check again and watch as this guy bets $100. Everyone folds, but i "Just" call............I check the river, he went all in for what he had left, I called, and showed him his destiny.............bahahaha, then I just sat there and drank Miller Light, and folded anything less than aces and a picture card, and pocket pairs. Overall, I won a hundred bucks, so decent night, but nothing to brag about.
