well i played a little $70 hold 'em tournament yesterday at the cigar shop. i was doing really well the entire game, only was not the chip leader for a couple hands. when it got down to only me and one other guy he offered to split the pot and end the game. me being a weakling for going big and way ahead in chips, i decided to turn him down. a few hands later i put him all in on an A K suited and he had an 8 and 10 off suit. there was a king in the flop so i thought i has it made, but the lucky bastard pulled off a two pair on the river. after a few more bad all in battles back and forth i got cleaned out. moral or the story: take the money while you can [:@]

 

nice.. i used to go down everyonce and a while with a buddy to claridge/bally's and play 21 alot.. we shot down once to tropicana for the little 2/4 hold em but its setup a bit different there with dealer snaking your money .. we both lost out a few hundred on that last time we went,, headed back to Claridge in basement.. won all our loot back on 21.. been hooked on that a while.. i have doubled up everytime if not tripled my winnings at that game.. its deff one game where you have better odds than dealer...good luck

 

what is this...21...you speak of? the only card game at my local casino is blackjack. i used to play alot and am pretty good, but i'm getting more into poker, because it's alot easier to play a game where you can play the people instead of set house odds against you

 

21 /blackjack.. very similar.. they also have spanish 21 tables.. with same basic rules of blackjack.. just has a little twist

 

I am getting dressed now to go back to Atlantic City. 1-2 No Limit hold em.......buyin in 300 again.

 

just got back lol. I did 250 tonite......not a bad night. I think im going to use it for HIDS.
