Basically this is a popularity contest. Here's how it works. A member challenges another member to a vote-off about something about the other member. 5 members have to cast a vote before a new vote-off can begin. They can justify the vote, but don't have to. Only one vote per member and the current contestants can't vote.

Example: "ngoti8or challenges se7! ngoti8or thinks he's a better liar than se7."

from this point on there must be 5 votes before the next challenge can be posted.
