Today makes six days. So far I havent even though about lighting up. I have been keeping myself busy though. Washed the car three times, waxed it. LOL Oh well. So far so good.

good luck man. Best thing you can do for yourself, is never smoke another cig, ever. I've tried to quit a few times, and always end up having "just one more" at the bar or something, and all the urges come screaming back.

awesome windcalmer stick with it man. there is probably not another feeling like being healthy and not having to smoke anymore, not against anyone who smokes. keep up the good work.

O.K. one side effect that I was not expecting. My right foot has gotten WAY heavy!!! LOL I have been taxing my civic to the breaking point these last few days. Still staying safe and all, but I have found that I can bark the tires going into third!!!
