Honestly i think taht the ticket is complete BS... that is the dumbest thing i have heard in a long time

 

Im in PA and I dont know if the laws are similar but about a year ago i hit someone that was coming off a side street in the same exact spot on the car. when I was talking to the insurance company they said that in wrecks like this if the hit is in the back its the person who hit the cars fault. If it is in the front half of the car then it is the driver of the hit cars fault. their reasoning behind this is if you hit them in the front half you didnt have enough time to stop but if you hit them in the back half you had enough time to stop. Luckily for me the other person had some integrity and admitted it was their fault. Good luck with everything!

damn dude i just read this, sorry to hear about the PURPLE HAZE, thats good that they didnt hit the door and sherrie is ok, and yea that part of the car it wasnt her fault, damn dude that suck, R.I.P. PURPLE HAZE!!
