From the Tokyo Auto Salon 2005 This was undoubtedly the surprise of the show and arguably its star attraction. In Detroit, Honda unveiled a face-lifted Acura RL called the A-Spec with aggressively styled aeroparts. The Mugen Legend MAX blows the A-Spec out of the water and perfectly expresses what this one-off flagship model is all about. Maxxing out. Pumping out 500 horsepower, the bright red MAX is powered by a down-tuned Le Mans 600+ horsepower 4.0-liter V-8 engine. It also has a specially developed 6-speed manual gearbox with a redline of 10,000 rpm. Shod with 275/35ZR18 Dunlop Direzza tires and one-off wheels, the MAX also gets a specially designed interior. |

esp since it runs to 10 grand! damn! now THAT is why i dont love the new mustang or GTO. they just cant get it right.

Yeah. That's why they do it best; because they don't sacrifice actual engine performance for another liter or two of displacement... silly Americans. Plus, Honda aready makes what are arguably the most well-balanced engines in the business.

No, that's the gas, and it's a manny. Even on RHD's, the pedals and the gears are in the same order.

Oh ok. Yeah I was thinking they were reversed and the gas was on the left.
