so my car is done i was parked out by this girls house in emmaus and someone rammed the **** out of my front end, completely totaled, no point in trying. So i picked up another 88 civic dx but this ones auto, sad i know but has good miles and was the right price. I just cant get away from civics so no matter how slow it may be i still love cruisin in a civic, 92 horses though[:@]

i remembered my eclipse got hammered in the rear end and it was fiberglass, shttered the whole back end

it was still driveable so i took the 1800 and put it in my bank account

 

well i had just gotten it painted and i had headers cat back exhaust race clutch short shift and had just ordered a cai, i got somewhat lucky he was an unlicensed driver in a massive dodge ram and he gave me 1500 cash( i guess his parents are on the rich side) i mean my old car was far from the fast side but it had quit a lil more kick then the one im drivin now o well looks like im gunna have a faded paint job dx with a cai lol

 

well, if you want, swap your trans and make the new one a stick, just take the parts from the old car and transfer then to the new one.

 

Is that what you wanted you could of got a pretty good car for that.

 

well i planned on doing a trans swap but in the accident some things were knocked out of place and really wasnt worth it im just gunna sit in this car until i get the funds to buy another one i would like a hatch this time around anyway and yes that was about all i could have gotten for the car with the shape on the interior i was so worried about the engine and getting the paint a lil better i wanted to take it one step at a time and put the interior off until my engine was done, i had planned on getting a turbo for it in the summer, but that gets pushed off until i buy a new car which prolly wont be until late summer

 

civic hatches are really really rare here in iowa. is it the same everywhere else?

 

i see a lot around here im in allentown pa its tough to find one for sale though normally people who have them want to hold on to them
