Im not upset or mad about this, because it never even amounted to anything........Im just confused and cant stand people who cant be straight up. Believe me, you wont hurt me by putting me down lol. So basically this is a convo I had with Pegleg explaining my situation to him. Just wondering everyone elses take on the situation.



PeteCupo: My business partner and I frequent a TGI fridays nearby.......and there is a bartender named Erica......and I could always tell she kinda had a thing for me, because she always seemed to pay extra attention to my stories and convos

PeteCupo: she would sometimes drop hints, and she always took care of us..so last week I gathered up my stones and asked her if shed like to go out sometime.....she said she would, and we exchanged numbers.

PeteCupo: So she ended up texting me that nite.......and she was sayin i better remember the ****taking I did the following day, and I replied by saying that I do not ****talk and I mean everything I say........

PeteCupo: So I asked her how many days a week she works and when she was off next........she said "Friday" and told her not to make plans
PeteCupo: so she agreed, and we were supposed to go out fri nite.
PeteCupo: I call her thus nite to confirm, and she didnt answer, I figured she was working......so I left her a message asking her to call back when she got the message.........never called that nite....i assumed cuz she worked late
PeteCupo: so friday she doesnt call, but texts me at 4pm

PeteCupo: sayin hey whats up...........i asked her if we were still on for tonite and she said "Im very sorry but im going to have to make it up to you, ive been sick the past few days
PeteCupo: she said she thinks she had a stomcah virus and didnt feel 100% yet, and she couldnt really eat and drink that much
PeteCupo: So she said "If I can get off work sunday nite would u be available then?"
PeteCupo: and I said sure, but when will u know if u can get off or not.....and she said saturday......so i said ok cool just let me know what is going on, on saturday when u find out
PeteCupo: soooooooooo......sat she never calls

PeteCupo: doensnt call today either......and im not upset because i wasnt thinking too much of the situation,
PeteCupo: but i just think its weird and shady that she doesnt even call to say hey sorry i couldnt get off

PeteCupo: "I am looking forward to hanging out with you, you seem like a great guy to hang out with, and plus youre very hot"

PeteCupo: I will not call her, unless she calls me and I miss one of her calls.

PeteCupo: I will think of it as nothing will happen.

PeteCupo: I am certainly not going to stop going to fridays because of this ****.........maybe ill bump into her there and see whats up

That is weird, i dont think she changed her mind about you. It is probably that she is nervous about how it will go so she might be getting the courage to go out with you. But you are right you cant be too desperate, you have to let her decide when it is time.

 

Why dont you see about lunch with her before work and in the middle of your work as a 1 date.

 

my buddy and I are goin to fridays tonite as we always do.......shell most likely be working......well see what happens.

 

If she told her mom she has a thing for you im guessing she really does. Just wait it out and see what she does.
