ORIGINAL: Cutt

Hey Pete do you like that Scag? I got a turf tiger.
Its not bad. I got it for 800$ used, but the engine threw a rod, so 1100 later its got a new engine on it and doing substantially well. I must say thou, the rider I just bought is insane. Its a Toro Z Master. It has a 23 hp diesel engine(kubota) but its got 45 ft lbs of Tq.......nice money making machine. Scags are nice, but toro offers a product that is just as good, if not better..........for 0% APR for 3 years, with NOTHING down.

We have 3 machines. 60 inch Toro Z master Rider, 48 inch SCAG walk behind (with sulky) and an Exmark Metro 36 inch (Gets thru standard gates) Also with a sulky.

Scag has 17 horsepower, Exmark has 15 horsepower, and toro has 23 hp............a sulky is that think u stand on with wheels.......

Sounds like you are getting all the right things for the job and I wish you the best with it... I invested in one of my friends and man was I happy with the profit I get back. I bought 3 riders and 1 walk behind, a 40 ft goose neck and a used dodge 2500 the year before last and he has already paid me back for all of it plus the check I get from him every 2 weeks. I have almost made 70% profit already off my investment. We worked out a deal that in 2 years I am just going to sell him my part because him and all his crew do all the work. By that time his company should be doing good and I should make about 300% profit and sell to him for $20,000. So 300% profit on my investment and $20 grand is not bad for not having to do any work.

do a goodle on Brickman. I am looking to compete with them. Hell, if I can make 1% of their gross, I will be doing WELL.

Cutt, it must be nice to just have things handed to ya, my parner and I funded EVERYTHING....not 1 single handout.

Well I wasn't looking to get into it. My friend came to me needing help and had a good plan together for his company. I was investing and helping a friend get going in life because I at the time he had just got married and had a kid. I really didn't think that the pay back would be that good and that fast and I also didn't care. I was doing it to help him out and I know that investing takes time. I guess it was just in the cards for me and him both to do good off it. I wasn't all way just handed stuff Pete and I not really handed stuff right now. I got 2 salons working on tryin to get a 3rd one off the ground and I work in the Coal Mines which no matter what you do there your not going to have a pie job. But stick with it and work hard Pete and you will make a good living doing this and I would like to help with any question that you need help with. I like to see people do good and profit well if they are out everyday trying to make something of there self.
