Default My new winter car...

Well even though my car has seen 5 winters from the previous owner, it has no rust and it still shines beautifully, so i wanna keep it that way. I found a '94 Infiniti J30 for sale locally for $850. Damn, i had to jump on it, i called this guy and he said it had 160,000 miles (less that my civic) and he just moved here from texas so there is no rust at all, engine and tranny are fine, me and my buddy checked the whole car out, all it needed was brakes (no biggie) now i can drive this bad boy in the winter...did i mention the plush leather seats and *** warmers? lol I know i dont even have pics of my civic yet, but just wait, ill get them to you guys soon enough...

this isnt my actual car this is the same thing though, color and everything, i just dont have a digital camera[&:]

id say preeeeety nice for $850!

Correct me if im wrong but arent J30's RWD? If it was anything like my 929 in the days before traction control they dont make very good winter cars, plus only auto tranny. Sand bags and winter tires are the only way i survived. But thats a good price, i loved the luxury of my 929, expecially the heated seats, so you may enjoy it, they are very similar cars, 3.0L dohc V6 rwd luxury boats. Best of luck regardless.

P.S. just check and yes the J30's are RWD.

yes silver97hatch, your right, they are rear wheel drive, but it will get me through the winter as long as i dont drive like a maniac and will make some nice comfy transportation, trust me, id rather have a clean rwd anyday over a fwd rustbucket for the same price. the thing is, i'm actually going to take really good care of this car, even in the winter, i love my civic, but this is a nice winter car for the price.

its in really good condition for a '94, no rust or peeling or anything, the car obiously has wear for a 12 year old car with 160,000 miles on it but over all it looks really nice...ive had it for a week now and its been fine, they guy said that he changed the oil and transmission fluids religiously and he wasnt lyin'. but hey i think i got a great deal.

[sm=smiley20.gif] Nice! Infinity's are sweet. My stepmom will only drive Infinity's and Lexus, so when I go to visit, usually I get the G35. The Bose system is GREAT! I hope this car runs good and works out great for you! Nice find on a good deal!
