My other project
I haven't been posting on HCF for very long, but I've found loads of great info searching gen maintenance type stuff. This site is great, much better than some of the other forums I searched before landing on HCF and since I've just been taking, taking, taking helpful info from the site I figured I'd share my other project with everyone.

Thanks guys! I've been working on cars for years, but this was my first motor swap. I took my time and basically worked on it after work and when I had time on the weekends. If you take a look at the link up above, it takes you from Fall 2005 when the M44 was pulled out, until Fall 2006 when the LS1 was fired up.
I haven't updated it much since because once it was driveable I spent more time driving than taking pictures and updating my site. But I hope to take more pics and update the site this spring when I get her on the dyno for tuning and take her to the track for the 1st time w/ the new powerplant

How does it handle with that beastly motor in there? I've always ben a fan of Zs and yours looks amazing. The only thing that turns me away is the outdated rear suspension from E30.

This photo here shows how the majority of the motor sits behind the strut towers
