as some of you know ive traded a bunch well as of now ive had it with new honda's the fit's rear bumper has peeling paint and now i have a crack in my windshield. i know i can have the bumper repainted and a new windshield but damn its a new car it shouldn't need paint[:@] so what i think i'll be doing is sell the fit and find another eg hatch or a teggy

 

Take it back to Honda and flex your muscles. They'll give you a new car.

Tell them you want an eg hatch with a K20.

I'm surprised you kept the Fit this long.

 

ive already done that all they will do is touch up the bumper not respray the whole thing and ive already talked to honda america same reply[:@]

 

I'd be about ankle deep in someones *** if I were you. Was you bumper hit or did it just start peeling off?

 

it just started peeling off i'm on a fit forum and honda has known about it since 2006 and there is a 28 page thread about it. its where the bumper meets the body its to tight and it causes the paint to peel

 

thats bullcrap, trade it for a yaris

Seriously, this **** has been going on for WAY too long Darryl. Have you thought about going to a different dealership. Or just grabbing one of the salesmen at this dealership and ripping his arms off so everyone know that you are not in the mood for a bunch of B.S.? Your a big guy, use it for a change.

yeah matt ive been to 4 differant dealers same thing and kokasian ive driven a yaris they aren't a bad little car

 

I would get a bunch of pictures of other fits with the same problem. Then take the honda dealer to small claims court. That will most certainly get their attention.
