I've been to Rockford a few times. It's a small richie rich town that i could totally see imposing a rediculous law like this. If it wasn't for DCI I'd avoid this town like the plague.

what gets me is how hypicritial these lawmakers are!!!!! think about it... stereo from 75feet away isnt that hard! BUT i can hear a motorcycle about half a mile away or more... with its loud pipes BUT YET those are legal..... AS WELL as seat belt in cars... BUT YET motorcyclists dont have to wear a helmet....

common sense would know that a seat belt in acar can help you about 50% of the time.... BUT on a cmotor cycle a helmet means LIFE AND DEATH 99% BUT YET since most likely these LAWMAKERS drive bikes so OF COURSE they wont make a law against themselves having fun on a motorbike!!!!!!!

makes me wanna find these so called LAWMAKERS... and go buy a motor bike with loud pipes.. sit outside thier house and just sit thier reven up the motor or just keep driving down thier road all night...
id rather hear a bump bump BUMP BUMP bump bump GONE.... then a super loud RRRRRROOOOOOOOAAAAAAARRRRRRRRR all constant and crap!

not sure about everywhere else... BUT around here in indiana these lawmakers need to pull thier head out thier @sses with these stupid laws and fix important stuff like mainly around here its property taxes.... not sure about anywhere else but thats the serious stuff around here..

But the law in question is absolute BS... that's rediculous! You can hear my... oh, wait... my speakers & head unit are all aftermarket (I seriously started typing that and then I realized that I, in fact, don't have a stock stereo roflmao)
