ok so i got the starter to click now...but no startin...i got a few pics of the left-over plugs...where the hell do they go
^^^^^ now this one i know goes to the water pump, but where does that ground go to...when i hooked it up to the starter...my damn fuel pump turned on!!


and these ones are just chillin..dunno where they are supposed to go...another thing...my damn car wont go into gear

 

clutch is fixed...just wont start now...

 

ok i know i havnt got on here in a while ive been busy with 2 cars...got the four door running and all was good, i pulled up to get the tires aired up and when i tried to go into reverse.... the tranny went out....i got a couple more so no prob but im still pissed...theres the story lol

looks like your main ecu ground isnt hooked up. what engine is that and what engine wiring harness are you using from what car?

 

I think he is using a Z6 with a B7 harness

 

hah i didnt read properly.........that ground terminal is to be grounded at the thermostat housing.....and seeing ther is a plug next to the graound terminal i ask you this. is it loomed together with the ground terminal? if so thats your cooling fan siwtch plug which plugs into the sensor on your thermostat housing. the plug in the second pic looks like the plug for the o2 sensor. i hanvt the slightest clue on the plug in the third pic.

 

with the clicking sound for your starter it sounds like either the brass contact plates are going bad or your battery is really dead....
