I finally got to NOPI on saterday around 4:00 cause i had to work sat morn, and i couldn't go on sunday. course by then a lot of people were already packing up. so here are just a couple of the highlights...
I don't have any of the pictures of the acutal drifting exhibition put on by rs*r, but my friend has a video of it, maybe i can get it from him later...
I have seen drifting on TV and yeah it looks pretty cool, but in person seeing it live there is no comparison. The sound of the exhaust, hitting the rev-limiter, tire squeeling, the smell of burnt ruber, inches away from each other and the walls. at one point they had all 4 cars running at the same time, absolutely incredible!!! i actaully missed the swimsuit competion for this, (some of my friends went to it instead, lol)
