Do as little work as possible to the mustang. If you think you can profit by switching to an OEM front, do it. Find a color matched OEM one or offer it for trade plus cash on Craigslist. Same with the spoiler and everything else. But leave it at that and let it become someone else's problem.

I still have the OEM front bumper to throw on the car, same as the OEM spoiler, seats, etc.
And I'm leaning towards an EX coupe, but a hatch might be a possibility (I really want the moon roof though). I won't settle for anything other than frost white, flamenco black pearl or cypress green pearl and it won't have much more than 175k on the clock.
Mitch, when I get an EK and no longer have the mustang, I expect an apology

After thinking it over a little more, I think I'll probably at least replace the steering roll connector, front O2 sensors, and rear ABS sensors before trading in the mustang. I have a feeling I'll get offered less for it if it has a Christmas tree lit up on the dash. Usually they don't drive cars before appraising their trade-in value, so I'm not too worried about the rear calipers being seized or the lack of isolators on the LF spring, but I'm sure they'll notice the check-engine light, airbag light, and ABS light while looking the car over.

just trade it in. there is no need to spend all the time and effort to fix the mustang when its not going to get you that much more in return. just go find a civic that you like and get it.
also the colors of the EX Eks are Taffeta White, Starlight Black Pearl, and Clover Green Pearl

i know its shady and super awful, but if you dont have a soul, you could put black electrical tape btwn the black "template"(?) thing thats over the cluster. i guess its an overlay. i did that on my CEL ONLY because i had the cats removed and it wouldnt quit throwing codes after i reflashed it a bazillion times. i took the tape out b4 i sold it, but the bright orange light was driving me crazy. just be very careful when u pull the thin layer back. put the tape sticky side touching the overlay. or be honest and fix the ish. just saying theres a really crooked, sketchy option. just saying....

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there's laws against that. Well, for a dealer to do it it's illegal, not sure about private sales.
I could clear the check engine light before taking it to trade in, but from the way it's looking I'm going to be waiting a few months before getting the civic, and I kind of want the lights out on my dash, too lol
(And sig, thanks for the color correction)
