You know at first glance in the OFF TOPIC category...one would stray away from this title. But then I noticed it didn't have NWS on it. :-d

 

I just moved 3mos ago from magic mountain area sold our 1800sq.ft. home for 527,000. We lived there for 7 years with a family of five so it was pretty well used. It was bought new in the end of 97 for 359,000. My parents just bought a 3 level house 4200 sq.ft. for 729,000! My dad woun't shut up about what a deal he got! The previous owners are the original owners and bought it in 88. This was their summer home so it was rarely used. HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but at a price.... I can't believe we sold an 1800 sq.ft. home for the price that we did! Oh yeah and it sold 2 days after we put a sign in front of the house!
