I was asked to DJ my little sisters 18th birthday party next weekend, and i said yes. I figured it was least that i could. any ways does any one know anygood dance music to play at a party? she doesn't like the same type of music that i do so that counts out most rock and the beastie boys. any suggestions would be greatly appericiated

 

well when you say dance music, do you mean techno-dance music or like music thats on the radio that they play at like clubs and stuff?

 

anything.i guess a little bit of dance/techno, and stuff they play at a club

 

well find out what ever music she likes and then look up techno remix's of it. that will be perfect because she will get her favorite songs and plus they will havea dance beat to them.

 

hmmm well.....like akon stuff is usually dance-oriented and stuff that everybody knows and are dancy are any sean paul songs , or the young joc "its goin down" yung dro "shouldah lean" those were popular..... mike jones stuff............lol keep in mind i dont listen to these things, im jus tryin to help you out.....and for techno theres "Sandstorm" by Da rude, most anything by Basshunter id suggest "Russia Privjet" anything from DJ Lazlo or DJ Irene, or the jock jamz "i like to move it" lol stuff like that or "I Like big butts" "Cha Cha Slide" "ice ice baby" those are always played at parties/ dances..........lol theres so much stuff
