i dont actually get paid to admin. i work for the owner of the site, and i have an assortment of duties. actually doing this...posting and keeping an eye on things, doesnt pay. for instance, i wrote the piece about the new Si, which was tough because i didnt have any access to the car, so i had to do a bunch of research as opposed to just going and looking at one/driving one.

yes, the other sites are things that i belong to are things like dragtimes...some very small sites that friends own...like 8 or 9 members..thoe kinds of things...and i belong to a few small car-specific sites.

as for my favorite new car, i am a big fan of the new Z06. i think GM has basically built a race car for street use. however, they are likely going to price it like they did the ZR1, so entusiasts cannot afford it without a 6 figure job. i like the evo, and the GTO, but the GTO is evidently a real pig in the corners. One car that really impressed me is the Chrysler 300C SRT-8. I got to take one on a quick tear through an autoX course, and for a 4400lb luxury sedan, its amazing. low 13 second stock QM with an automatic, and custom suspension...one thing that i didnt like while autoXing the SRT8 was the stability control system...i wanted it rolling in the corners and when the car does lean a great deal and the SCS kicks in it pulls power to settle the car down a bit, and if you decelerate while the ssytem is engaged, it really dogs the car down, and when you come out of the turn, and hit it hard, it hesitates for a moment before the system seems to fully disengage. i think theyre stickering it around 45k...and they are all custom made..when you get one the sticker doesnt say "chrysler 300c SRT8", it says "joe smiths 300c SRT8" or whatever the buyers name is...but i am a sucker for luxury cars, and when one can handle itself in the turns, and pull low 13 second QMTs...i was very impressed.

yea Patrick I work for Chrysler/Jeep dealership and those 300c's are no joke. I love those things. I'm not a fan of the larger luxury car but if I could afford I would buy on of these and have to get the Bentley grill for it lol. They are beautiful and FAST.
