Personal finance software
I have used excel spreadsheets for years to keep track of my finances and have been quite happy with it, but I wasn't really aware that there was software out there that made all of that tracking that I do in excel more intuitive and easier. I just had a run-in with Microsoft Money, which I found out is now discontinued and than remembered about quicken. Does anyone have any experience with this software or know of any other alternatives? I'm not looking to run a small country with it, just manage my personal budget.
My dad still uses Microsoft Money 2006. He's been using it for a long time (since it came out), and had been using an older version of Money before that. He runs his own business, so he has a few bank accounts and a ton of finances to keep track of. He likes it, so I would recommend it.
He's not all that computer literate either... so it must be easy to use, he figured it out himself. That almost never happens. lol
