Might be real, I don't see any signs of 'chopping. Some women carry ALL their junk in their trunk, and there's actually a medical condition that causes legs to swell--but it usually only affects one leg.

I wouldn't say that's out of the realm of possibility. A woman in my company has some crazed thyroid irregularities and it causes huge amounts of fat to be deposited in her legs, just like the woman in that picture, but not that bad. It's really unfortunate because from the waste up she is pretty good looking.
