I asked a simple question to this merchant and he answered very rudely saying it "is clearly stated in the ad," which it wasn't. I responded by telling him he could have been a little more cordial to a prospective buyer to which he replied, and I quote...

"GO **** YOURSELF ***HOLE. HOW IS THAT FOR SNIPPY! NOT ONLY ARE YOU STUPID AND CANT READ YOUR RUDE TOO! YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED!"

So please do not patronize WWW.SPORTZTRAILERS.COM. Thank you.

Awww, I was browsing gauges and he had a gauge pod pictured with 2 gauges in it. I read the ad and nowhere did it say, "Gauges not included" but the price was too low, so I asked. Real customer service guru, that one.

I thought that only happened to me.

I sent this **** goblin 5 e-mails after two weeks of waiting. On the 4th week of no response/no merchandise I reported him. This showed up on my user profile:

I may be a loser but at least I can spell LOSER

 

i had the same experience but not as bad..i bought headlights on e-bay and after this guy telling me for a month that theres missing parts, i finally got my product, but i would send like 5 e-mails a day asking him whats going on and it was like talking to a robot, sending me the same thing over and over again, no more,no less..at least i got my headlights

 

You guys have to post these merchants so we can flex our consumer muscles and boycott.

 

this is why i dont buy stuff online.
