RE: Porsche Carrera GT Crash Settled for $4.5
That is one thing about america, people can sue for damn near anything and get money from it. The fect that they sued porsche pisses me off more than any of it, if you can't handle the car dont buy it. It is not like they make the Carrera GT available to just anybody who decides to go shopping for a new car. As far as the driver, by all means sue their estate, if he didn't know how to drive the car he shouldn't have invited a passenger to ride along. The track, well when you are going 130 miles per hour if the wall was moved only a short distance it honestly would not have mattered.
