Does the state of Virginia have any modification laws? and do they require inspections for vehicle registration? i think radar detectors are illegal aren't they?

 

radar dectors are illegal in VA and inspection is required for registration as for mod laws not that im aware of. my freind has a modded teg and it only failed inspection because he removed his power steering so im guessing most mods shouldnt be a problem at inspection.
