Looks like they've changed the picture on their new ads.

 

For anyone who cares... I ended up getting a e-mail from these people.

"Thanks for the email but that pic was emailed to us by a customer and that is why we are using it. Plus it is the parts that do the selling. If you are that worried about people using your pics in the future then you should copyright them or water mark them so there is no confusion. The chances of someone else having the same car and exterior look for a civic is likely. So watermark your pics so you can back up any complaint you might have with someone. Take care."

Ya I guess someone has the same civic in exactthe same backround too! So for anyone whos worried about pics being used by someone else. Watermark them.

That doesn't change the fact that they are using your property to advertise their product without your permission.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic about someone else having the same civic in the same background, but I compared the two and it's obviously your picture.

I'd keep pushin. They're refusing to take them down?

 

Thats all they said to me, I didnt e-mail back. I could get a hold of e-bay but It will be a pain and a wile before I get it down.

retake the picture from the same angle with asign in it that says this is my car and put your name on the sign then send them the pic lol
