^har har.

I threw in new plugs tonight and noticed an immediate difference. A good 10-15 difference. They engine climbs smoother, feels and sounds more promising as it does so. It also stopped hicupping. A very good call on the techs part. However, it didnt really do jack **** about the heat. Now I will switch over to 20w50 and see how that goes.

You know that the thicker your oil the more the drag you'll have and acutually cost you hp. On a drag civic (1400hp) he gained 40hp by thinning out his oil. I'm sure it'll only be about 5hp on your application, but why are you going to 20w 50?

The problem is I battling a heat issu right now. Thicker oil will give me less wear and cool me down a bit.

Is the heat issue occuring while out driving around or just on the dyno? Cars get hot on a dyno after a few pulls.

No, it gets hot doing a flat normal cruise. The coolant is fine but the exhaust temp sits at 800 celcius around 70-80 mph.

That's insane man. How long does your turbo timer run after you park?
