Why not? If I posted about being pissed about my recent reckless driving ticket I would get called things way worse than that. I have no sympathy for people who get tickets unless they were a victim of profiling.

 

ive goten profiled before the cop told me he was watching me before i even got in my car then when i tryed to fight the ticket because the alegations were b.s. the magistrate basicly told me to screw myself

 

Contrary to popular belief, profiling is perfectly legal and a legitimate police tactic. If a police officer sees a driver swerving in the lane and crossing the yellow line, the officer assumes the driver is drunk. That's profiling. If someone on the streets is jittery, has a stuffy red nose, has dilated pupils, and is generally twitchy, the officer is probably going to assume the person in question is high on coke. That's also profiling.

Racial profiling is illegal.

When they speed in a police cruiser, who exactly is going to pull them over? You're telling me you wouldn't do 10 over if you knew for a fact you could without repercussions? And when they're right on your ***, they're usually tracking your speed and/or running your plates to see if you have any violations.

 

What I'm saying is they'll pull me over for doing 6 over, but I see everyone of them doing 10-20 over ALL THE TIME. And those same morons will be speeding, get right up on me, then decide to change lanes after a little bit. Damn annoying. Just my luck they're tailing me.
