i didn't think about the insurance company they can be hard on younger drivers

 

the number one excuse from women caught speeding,( according to a retired police officer friend of mine ) she was speeding to a place to go pee. According to him that excuse actually works more times than not. So gals...if you get caught speeding tell the nice officer you have to pee.

when i had my Si, i got a ticket goin 106 in a 35, three blocks from my house, and the cop asked if i was in a hurry, lol and i told him i was a minute late for school and he laughed

 

well i didnt have a excuse when i got caught doing 80 in a 65 comming home from madison. It was 1 am and i was really tired, foot got kind of heavy. Anyways he let me off with a warning. Kohler police are nice but can be strict on the laws.

 

I used that one before. My speedo was broken... but not that broke!

 

im sorry i need to see a citation on this one. If i clocked someone doing 100+ in a 35 zone they would be charged criminally, and would have to be picked up at the station. No way am i letting someone do 100 in a residential zone. NOT happening, especially in the morning.

Unless you just drove by him, and he wasnt really paying attention. I got pulled over doing 90 in a 45, but the cop never clocked me. If he had, i would have a wreckless driving charge on my record for sure.

Not saying i dont believe you, but i really need to see proof on this one. becuase if he just cut you a ticket for going 70 MPH OVER the speedlimit then he needs to be suspended or soemthing lol thats complete insanity, and i rarely ever pull people over for speeding.

 

I got pulled over for doing 65 in a 25 a week or so ago. It was right in front of my house so the cop pulled into to my driveway and had a little chat with me. He let me off (not even a warning). I think it was b/c all he had on me was that my engine was reving pretty high. Nice guy though.

 

i got pulled over when i was in college in my lebaron vert...and the cop asked why i was speeding...i was in a 25 mph zone, and i accelerated quickly, but the car was by no means "fast", so at best, i was going 35...i told him that i was on my way from school to the shop to get it fixed, as there was some electronic fuel control issue that was making it surge...i apologized, and told him that i would happily provide a repair bill, and he told me to have the shop call in...so my dad, who owns the shop, called and verified it...
