the "looter" IS annoying, but it still gets me to see him SSSSOOOOOO happy that he has a case of heineken(sp?) that he got for free. nevermind the 20' of water covering his city.

im sorry, and this isnt a race thing, but that city was largely full of absolute trash when that happened.
