This sucks... I got my first speeding ticket today. I was going 36 in a school zone (20). I didn't even know I was in a school zone. <_<

FFS. I don't even have enough money to pay it off. It will cost $145. Looks like I don't get to drive anymore.

a lesson learned , & $145 sounds cheap

my first & lastspeeding ticket ,i was doing 42 in a 15 zone
that was 28 years ago

 

Bah in my provence last speeding ticket i heard someone got (never gotten one myself *know on wood*) was $63 it was my stepbrother he was ticketed for 69 in a 40 (was actually going 72). Then there was someon i know in New Brunswick, they were going 130 in a 110 zone and were ticketed $350... goes to show you the difference between provincial governments lol

 

It may be cheap, but I don't have enough to pay it off.

i was caught doing 90 in a 50, and it was 190... lol

i definetly learned my lesson... (i now check for cops more often lol)

 

You got a $190 ticket for going 90 mph... I got a $145 ticket for going 36 mph. That's just not fair. <_<

i got busted thursday doing 54 in a 40 zone. my tickets only 58.80 and 2 points off my license. i didnt even know i was going that fast till i saw the flashing lights behind me[:'(]
