Test Drove an STi Today
... where in the country do you live?! I didnt go to High school in the states, I was in Japan and even though my school was in downtown Nagoya there was NEVER any violence! We had some girls that were prostitutes after school but they weren't mean like the ones from COPS. Even when I came back to the states during highschool I never heard of cops in portland schools. I feel bad for kids that have to SURVIVE highschool. What is the graduation percentage, do you know? What percentage goes on to college? That is very sad to hear that schools are like prisons in some cities... you should see my face right now- I'm completely floored reading that! Of course I know about columbine and school shootings, but daily violence is something I have no ability to comprehend. Are anyone elses' high schools like Mark's? No joke, if you can stick through a high school like that and really try to rise above the rest I can guarantee you will be INCREDIBLY successful after college.
My school isn't really rich at all, most of the kids drive normal cars. There are prolly 5 or 10 kids that drive nice cars and there are prolly like 200+ that drive to school. We have a parking lot and its like $80 to park for the whole year. We have security guards patroling the hall ways and they patrol the parking lot looking for people who park without a sticker or cut class.
Moogly I live in a suburb of minneapolis MN. Only on guy at our school is actually a cop. All the other's are just rent a cops with little clubs. I believe the average class starts at around 800 and by graduation is in the low 500's. No idea what the percentage to college is. But I am pretty sure its not high.

i wish my high school had security guards. in my seinor year 12 cars a week were getting stereos ripped off. if you took the faceplate they put a screwdriver through it. good thing my car had a crappy radio.

my friend got his 94 twin turbo supra last year as he was a senior all year and the school let him park in the teacher parking lot.. how gay is that? no one really ever messed with my car because i get along with everybody and dont **** anybody off
I think most high schools in my district have a mini police station inside. My middle school had one inside and a decent sized station across the street.
My school is $25 for parking for the year and several cars have been broken into, but mainly older cars i.e. CB7, old dodge, etc. The thieves tend to leave the high dollar vehicles alone. We do have security, but they're useless.

our high school parking lot was like an auto show. couple new z06's, 350z, g35's, evos, sti's. we had some escalades, nice trucks, lots of civics, few s2000's, a jag, about 15 bmw and benz, and much more. i had one of the cheapest cars there. Also, our parking lot is about 500 cars, $25 a year, open to anyone, and has no security, and there is never any theft. btw i live in Valencia, CA.
