I can't stand any of the F&F movies, they all blow really, really hard.

Cool cars don't make up for a horrible movie.

The games suck too.

i never played any of the consol games but the arcade game with you phone number was the tightest game ever......we played it for 3 weeks strait at csufresno.......

how can you not like a game where you wheely buy double tapping the gas and adding underglow gives you 5 points of acceleration?

 

fo real...its like a golf game my cousin bought for $10 brand new! we were like...man, this game prolly sux ***...so, later that night, he came over (he lives next door) i went back over with him...dude after about 5 minutes...that damn game is pretty addicting...

I remember playing Midnight club II for hours, even though the cars were fake, and the driving was terrible...it was still pretty fun to use unlimited nitrous and just blast through the city.

btw: i have never played any F&F games....

 

I think those movies are hilarious!!! I watch them to laugh, and so I guess I like them!! lol, I watched Tokyo Drift two days ago!

 

yes yes.....they are funny to laugh at.....


the best part of tokyo drift is the plot that makes no since at at all...

that is what makes this movie better...for example

or the infamous line "shaun....have you been racin"


and i think you have to watch it atleast 13 times to figure who DK's unkle is alone...


this movie is so tight.

 

The ONLY part of the movie that had any redeeming quality was the very end when Vin Diesel shows up in a REAL car. You know he didn't need to pull up on the ***** brake to get his cars' rear end around. All the movie(s) did was fuel a bunch of inexperienced , gullible, impressionable wannabe import drivers! Can't drive in a straight line, no problem, pull up on the brake, like the professional stunt driver did on a closed, controlled set, only do it in traffic with unsuspecting , innocent other drivers. That's way cool!

I don't think there are any console F&F Games. The arcade ones are horrible. At my arcade we've had Superbikes and Tokyo drift and they are both garbage. It takes no racing skill to play them and they are boring as all get out. They look, feel, and play exactly like the Cruisn' games (mainly because the company that makes the F&F games is made up of a bunch of old Midway/Atari employees) which sucks cause those games blow. Tokyo drift is nothing but a slightly updated Cruisn' Exotica. I'd much rather play Wangan Midnight: Maximum Tune 2 that game is so much better. Perhaps even any of the Initial D games, but I'm not really a fan of those either. Hell I'd rather play the 13 year old Sega Rally game we have than Drift.

Maximum Tune 3 is supposed to be released next month, can't wait!
