took a break from the comp to make money
ok so when i started on this site i was on almost everyday. i had a crazy few weeks between work and cars. heres my little story
i started with a 1998 civic dx that i bought for $800 bucks SWEET deal it was worth more
I sold that for $1500 a few weeks later, sweet deal but now i need another car, i found a pos GsT from this old guy who didnt know what he had, got it for $1000 all it needed was to have the timing fixed he was 2 pucks off on top and 10 degrees off tdc, fixed that replaced the belt and BAM ran great!
i put it up on craigslist the next day and got a response from this guy in miami wanting to trade for a sweet *** camaro. the guy just wanted an import (he was better off selling and buying mine but o well great for me!)
easily worth $3500
i sold it for $4000!!!!! WTF sweet deal considering i started with an $800 car.
i took the money and paid off most all of my debt, left my self $1000 to buy another little car to get around and i got this for $1100
lots and lots of paint faid no dents, like 2 or 3 door dings thats it but to my supprise this guy too had no idea what he had, its a 94 del sol si, 150k miles it came with a whole list of stuff done to it for maintance over the last 10 years he owned it, i mean he had EVERY receipt. i took it for a test drive thinking to my self; lets not get too excited.
so now thats my new project, i cant wait i may keep it for a while it runs GREAT!

i got the first one from a lady that was moving to new york, she wanted to sell it because the heat didnt work or the a/c thats y it was cheap. it had a smash in the front and back, i fixed the front and the a/c and sold it, i should have fixed the rest i probably could have sold it for more but at the time it was what i needed to do, i had no intention of "flipping" it

as long as you dont register them in your name, just keep the title open when you buy the vehicle your fine

Great going on the buys/trades/sales man. My father in law does the same thing with old cars.
If you enjoy working on cars, turn it into a part time then full time business.
