109 - where my speed limiter is.

 

someone told me they took there stock 92-95 (cant remember which) civic to 135, i was kinda skeptical but didnt question it. Is it possible to take it that fast on the stock ecu?

 

I dunno, I think mine's at 120?

 

137. Had to stop for a stop sign so maybe faster. Probably not though. Hit it about 2 months ago.

 

I hit 120 on a back road late one night, but it was just becasue I was listening for detonation in 4th at full throttle and wasn't paying attention to the speedo. I'm not a top speed guy.

 

I never found out what my top speed was, but I got it up to just under 165 (not my Civic)...

 

I've never tried to go higher than 110, but I hear civics are artificially limited to 119. Not sure what years that applies to though. I could've sworn I read an old review of an EK Y8 where they took it up to 132 on a test course.

 

I took my friend's STi up to 155 on the highway once... scary man.

 

105. No real good places around here for speeding that much.
