I do not use any form of file sharing (for computer security reasons), but if you do, go through a proxy so that the proxy address shows up on their list, not yours. Practice safe surfing, always use protection.

i have a ton of registered sites i download off at a little over 1.5 mbit/sec 
some of the biggest out there.....i have quite a few invites to give out but only if you have one i dont have yet :P
