Can anyone lend me a tow-dolly or a small car trailer for a day? Or may be a truck with a hitch and a dolly??? I'll pay... within 60 miles of philadelphia

Uhaul has both pick up trucks and 2 wheel tow dollies

That's what I though... Uhaul will rent you equipment if you're 18 though.

Straight from their FAQ:

How old do I have to be to rent equipment from U-Haul?

You only need to be 18 years old with a valid driver's license to rent from U-Haul.

PA laws overrride that. I can't even rent a truck at a damned home depot...

Hell, in SC there is a ludicrous law that you have to be 25 y/o to drive under commercial insurance. Like a company car. And renting vehicles.
